Saturday evening Kim and I went up to Salt Lake and had dinner with Grandma and Grandpa, and played a couple games of Rummikub. During the day on Saturday we worked on cleaning and organizing Bob (the storage room at the end of the carport). Kim started the project on Friday - as she was off work. We now have a pile for various children to go through - some of it their stuff, and some of it just stuff they might want. Otherwise, to the thrift store or garbage.
Tuesday and Thursday I went up to Grandma’s house to help with their big sod project. Corin was up at Park City and so he didn’t join me this time. It helps when he can come (and drive)! It gives me more working time because I arrive there rested. And, it’s nice to visit with him. Anyway, we got the yard prepared by Thursday morning and so Dad went ahead and ordered the sod and we put it down Thursday afternoon! See the pics below.
On Tuesday Seth and Aspen came over and we started tending Major (Seth and Aspen’s dog) while they went to Lake Powell with the rest of the Taylor clan. He is very much a puppy, full of love and wanting attention all the time! He didn’t really try to get out of the backyard, so that was nice. Then last night (Sunday eve) they came over after the trip and picked him up, and had dinner here.
Aaron brought Lisa over so we were finally able to meet her. She seems really nice - her parents have been over in Israel with the BYU Jerusalem Center.
The Westra boys have been up to Park City for their annual vacation. We got our first ripe peach yesterday, July 26. On the window well project I’ve been working on the sides of the planter.

On Margie’s Messages, I’ve created a new Agency page (separating it out from Accountability, and adding, cleaning up old links, etc). Here is the new page. http://margiesmessages.com/agency.html
Have a great week!
